1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Report Factory, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 16 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Report Factory is a SaaS platform that enables users to create, manage, and share reports. The Service includes:

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process Your Content to provide the Service
  • Create backups for data protection
  • Display Your Content to you and those you share it with

We do NOT claim ownership of Your Content and will never use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Your Data Rights

You can export or delete Your Content at any time through your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Payment Terms

Free Tier

  • Payment: We use Stripe for secure payment processing
  • Pricing: Current pricing is available at reportfactory.org/pricing
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout

Refunds

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Pro-rata refund available within 30 days of purchase
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes won’t affect your current billing period.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be available at all times
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are NOT liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

Exceptions: These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees

We’ll provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, disputes) will remain in effect

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

For EU Users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
